About the company

The Scientific Research Technological Laboratory (NITL) was officially established in 1983, but had existed since 1975 as part of the Department of Technology of Ship Mechanical Engineering at the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute, the present-day State Marine Technical University of Saint Petersburg. Since this time the company has been designing and manufacturing up-to-date tools and equipment for the manufacture and repair of heat exchanging equipment.

In 1995 the university's research and development unit and NITL merged to create the Scientific and Production Technological Study Centre (NPUTS).

This centre deals with all the stages involved in modern industrial tool manufacturing: design, development, laboratory research and trials, prototypes, testing, manufacture, etc.

The most up-to-date information technology is used for research and development and modern, high-calibre automatic machine tools are used in the manufacuring process.

Our products are successfully employed in more than 2000 Russian enterprises, as well as in 36 countries of the world (Armenia, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Turkmenia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, UK, USA and Uzbekistan).
